How it works

Morpheus8, made by InMode, pairs fine needles with fractional radiofrequency. The needles can be set to different depths, and radiofrequency energy is released at the tips to heat tissue beneath the surface. The treatment is intended to cause controlled remodeling that supports firmness, texture and, in some areas, contour. Because the heat acts below the epidermis, the surface is affected less than with ablative lasers.

Compared with Potenza and Secret RF, the underlying approach is the same, and differences lie in tip design, depth options and settings. Compared with non-needle RF, it breaks the skin and therefore carries a short recovery. For purely surface tone or pigment, a different category would likely be a closer match.
